Reuse Warehouse Loyalty Program
WELCOME TO OUR REUSE WAREHOUSE LOYALTY PROGRAM!
We appreciate your commitment to conserving natural resources and reducing landfill waste by shopping for salvaged and surplus materials at Community Forklift. Your purchases directly support our reuse nonprofit and its programs, and the Reuse Warehouse Loyalty Program is one way to say thank you to our dedicated customers.
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: SIGN UP
When purchasing materials in person at our reuse warehouse, simply provide your phone number and email address at checkout to enroll in the Reuse Warehouse Loyalty Program.
STEP 2: EARN POINTS
Earn points for purchases made in person at our reuse warehouse. One full dollar spent equals one point earned, with a maximum of 300 points earned per day.
STEP 3: GET REWARDS
Points are redeemable for rewards on future visits to the reuse warehouse and do not expire. You can bank up to 300 points to spend at a later date. Once your Loyalty Program account reaches 300 points, you must redeem a reward before you can continue earning.
50 points: $5 off a future purchase
100 points: $10 off a future purchase
200 points: $20 off a future purchase
300 points: $30 off a future purchase
How can I check my points balance?
Check the bottom of your receipt after any purchase to see your points balance. You can also ask a Community Forklift team member at the front desk to look up the number of points in your Loyalty Program account.
What can I spend my rewards on?
Rewards can be used on purchases of materials in person at our reuse warehouse, including Treincarnation live edge lumber and Amazon Select Paint. However, rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Can I split awards between visits?
Points must be redeemed in an increment of 50, 100, 200, or 300 points and the corresponding reward must be applied in full to a single purchase.
Is there anything else I should know?
Reward points cannot be earned or redeemed for purchases in the online Community Forklift Marketplace or eBay stores. Points have no cash value, are not transferrable, and do not expire. The final order total after any discounts and rewards applied determines points earned on that order. Reuse Warehouse Loyalty Program rules and regulations are subject to change at any time.
